In the last 2 decades, I was able to walk into 3 separate fields, carrying no experience, and rise through the ranks to management and supervisory roles that allowed me to impact and grow cultures.
Through my unique life experiences, I am able to build connections with those around me by providing value and addressing the needs of the listener when delivering my message.
Everyone working towards the same goal, on the same page, with their values being met is how cultures are born and where careers with meaning and fulfillment begin.
